Intimidation of a Witness
Boyfriend and girlfriend had been drinking more than they should have. As the night went on, the client was accused of calling the accuser slanderous names and eventually attempting to choke her. The accuser called 911 and wrote witness statements and reported the incident to police as well as providing documentation of her swollen facial area. At trial, the accuser was unavailable, and as a result, the case was dismissed upon request of Attorney Barabino.
Result: CASE DISMISSED
