Attorney Barabino’s Office Is Located in Medford’s Historic Armory Building

The Law Office of William J. Barabino is located on the first floor of Medford’s historic Lawrence Light Guard Armory Building. In 1975, the National Register of Historic Places recognized the site as a place worthy of historical preservation.

Built between 1900 and 1902, the Building is named after Medford’s first mayor, General Samuel Crocker Lawrence. General Lawrence led the 5th Massachusetts Militia Regiment during the Civil War and fought in famous battles, including the Battle of Bull Run. The Lawrence Light Guard was one of the companies that fought with Lawrence and distinguished itself by being the only volunteer militia company to fight during the war. The company would go on to serve in other wars, including World Wars I and II.

Attorney Barabino is very proud to work in a historically significant building. To read more about the Armory Building click here.
