In every court case the judge provides the jury who listens to evidence direction and instruction through what are formally called, " jury instructions". Recently, Attorney Barabino provided recent legal commentary regarding a new jury instructions that revolve around "bias". This instruction was released after much effort from various judges and other experts. Proud to have been a sponsor and raised $1,000 for the Blindfold Challenge Boston Marathon 5K race! Five kilometers through downtown Boston blindfolded, with assistance from a sighted guide. The race went to raise urgently needed funds for programs that help children and young adults who are blind, deafblind or visually impaired, including many with multiple disabilities. Since its inception in 1962, the Scholarship Foundation has awarded over 37,000 scholarships valued at nearly $110,000,000 to these children.
